Near Space

While at the Esrange Space Center in Kiruna, Sweden, I met a young scientist from the Warsaw Institute of Technology. He and his team were together with the other student teams to launch experiments to the stratosphere. I interviewed him about his work in “near space.” He also talked about failure and described what the stratosphere might be like for humans and non-humans. The interview was 90 minutes but this audio piece is edited to 12 minutes.
